Below you will find the cancellation terms and related conditions that apply to appointments and treatment bookings with Prolozone Therapy UK. These terms are in place to ensure fair use of appointment time and to allow us to deliver a reliable service to all clients.

Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full cost of the scheduled treatment. This is because the appointment time has been specifically allocated to you and cannot usually be filled at short notice.

Appointments cancelled on the same day or missed without notice (no-shows) will also be charged in full.

These terms help us manage practitioner availability efficiently and make appointment slots available to other clients where possible.

Treatment Courses and Packages

When you book a course or package of Prolozone treatments, all sessions are considered confirmed once the course has begun.

If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing appropriate notice, cancellation charges may apply and refunds may not be available.

Treatment courses and packages are non-transferable and must be completed within the agreed timeframe, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance with management.

Refunds

Refunds for unused sessions within a treatment course are only considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management discretion.

Where a refund is approved, any sessions already completed will be charged at the full single-session rate, with any remaining balance refunded accordingly.
